How To Order:
1) Choose a size. We will do our best to stick to the size chosen, but we may adjust it to “fit” your logo. *The price listed is for a single piece construction with the logo cut out, additional charges will be quoted for multiple pieces fitted together*

2) Choose a finish

3) Write any specifications about your piece in the personalization box (optional)

4) To send us your logo, please email it to service@conversecustom.com . DXF, Vector, or AI file is the preferred format, but we can work with JPEGs & PDFs. Please provide the font name used if sending JPEG or PDF.

5) A proof will be sent over for your approval before cutting. Your purchase includes 2 proofs, and any additional proofs are $10. Please note that we may need to make some adjustments to your logo so that it will cut from metal properly.

If your piece requires a custom design, there will be an additional $25-$75 fee depending on the complexity of the design. A “balance listing” will be sent to you and must be paid for before we begin processing your design.

Specifications:

❂Cut out of 16 ga. steel using a high definition plasma machine

❂ Pieces are coated with an automotive gloss to help prevent tarnishing (stainless steel and raw steel are not coated). Like all paints, they can wear down over time, and exposure to moisture, salt, and lawn chemicals can increase the speed at which it breaks down. You can help maintain the finish by coating it with Rustoleum clear coat every now and then.

❂ *Raw Steel* will have imperfections in the metal (rust, dirt, scratches) since we only grind the back and wipe down the font (instead of grinding/sandblasting like on our other finishes). Raw steel will be unfinished with no protective coat applied. If left unprotected, it will develop a nice rust patina over time. Raw steel is recycled steel and the color varies from piece to piece depending on the plate we receive from the mill.

❂ Piece will have 3/16” holes for easy hanging, hardware not included.

❂ Attention: This logo design is for the plasma to cut negative space (so that whatever you hang it on will show through the cut outs). There are limitations as to how much detail can be crammed into a given space.
